The first important for me if I have worked is Salary because with the salary earned, a person gonna meet the needs of his life and it will motivate you to work hard. The second is schedule flexibility because that’s gonna have an impact on our performance in the company. If it’s so busy, it will be bad for our health. And if there’s time to spare, we can set the time for our activities such as holiday. The third is job security because it would make you comfortable when you working and for anticipation the things that are not we want. And the fourth is sick pay because the company should give benefits to the empolyees if its hurts.
The fifth is retirement because it is so important in the future and we don’t worry for the life of the old days later. The sixth is telecommute days. The seventh is child care because if we have a children and we don’t have to worry about with the cost if the child is sick. The eight is vacation pay because an employees also need time to holiday and release stress. The nineth is medical benefit because healthy is important, if we are in good the we will good in doing work. And the last or tenth is disability benefit.
If my supervisor is making poor decisions for the company, I will remind the supervisor to think deeply the impact of the decision because it will have an impact on the future all of us. Why? Because this will have concern the future of the company and it it’s wrong to make a decision that losses not just the company, but the employees can also. Just imagine the company is closed because of wrong in making decisions, then automatically the employees will be stopped and will increase unemployement.
